Seems to be US East after last patch.
Most times it Fixes when I reboot after exiting game.
Flushed DNS and ARP Table
Confirmed flag exemptions in Firewall.
Honestly just close to giving up been at this for 3 days done everything aside of getting a new computer just flat of pathetic that a update goes live and we have problems when any other game works fine and now help on there part but a ticket it no response just crazy to me

Many of us cannot log on, due to the last two updates. Where is the fix for this!
I have had the same issues, since 3 days ago, Have tried everything, get to log in but after logging out and trying to log in again the issue is back. Waiting for a Customer Service associate to arrive in chat, but no one has shown up. “Estimated wait: 1 minute” been 25 minutes still waiting. Honestly what is going on with this game
Hey all, we are actively investigating this. It seems like for most the issue resolves itself, so we are focusing on those where the error persists/returns. Customer Support is the right group to reach out to, as they create the tickets that the devs end up reviewing, and most importantly they can collect info that we can’t grab on the forums.

I contacted support they gave me steps that i have done already it will have to come from the devs making a patch or hot fix i contacted my isp done everything just this game had problems
live? interesting… I have tried every conceivable fix you guys have posted. like from this post, and the others I will list at the end. I have sat looking at a “Less than 1 min que time” for hours… I have zero way to talk to a real person about this… All I did was leave an OPR match and my screen went blank… then for days until this recent server reset after the hotfix patch in early june, I still cant log into the actual world and just get “Timed out waiting for gameplay on the server” so please, tell me how I am supposed to receive further assistance? I have even tried having a buddy log in to my char from his computer… same problem. Made a new char on a us west server and even on another us east server… not a dang problem… man this is just super frustrating. for what ever its worth, Im on Ohonoo - US East.
This happens periodically, they never figured it out and likely won’t. My solution so far has been to restart computer and router multiple times until it works, or just wait, after a few hours it works without me doing anything. Reasons unknown but it’s likely related to routing and dns caches.
None of the solutions suggested by CMs ever worked for me (firewall, flushing commands, …).
Last time it happened to me it was a case of locking some countries from playing the game and it continued to date. (Which is idiotic)
I got past that with a VPN, try that.
Dont know why came home yesterday and have been able to login fine maybe they fixed something on there end but i have no problems now
Same, here, i was able to login without any issue, hopefully will stay this way, was a real pain
You guys are lucky, I guess my issue will require further help from an engineer, and probably a week.
I’ve been getting the “cannot connect” error message every time I launch the game for the last week. Prior to that everything worked fine.
Just adding here. Certainly not prepared to wait a long time on a customer service call just to say the same thing!
Seriously! Every day now… restarted the game 4 times. Quit stram, restarted. Reboot PC, started - still unable to connect.
Now trying verify integrity of local files…
Normally it’ll launch after a few tries, nothing so far though

yep, sometimes routing just gets mad for some time, it’s their problem but they tell it’s us.
