Try to fully disconnect from the game for 2-3 minutes. If that doesn’t work, then give your pc a restart.

Please make sure to add this post link as well as the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
- Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

MAN i got respond from Amazon team and they think i got problem with Lost Ark! I can copy pasta this respond here if you want. Did they even read it? I send dxdiag and logs and screen from New World. Shame. Contant with them pls…
I’m pretty sure something is wrong with the login servers right now. I’m on US East Amarah and can’t even get my character to load at the selection screen. I ESC back to the homepage and it fails to load. I have to end task to close the game at that point. Running a file check atm, but I suspect this is on the AGS side.

I’m experiencing the same problem with this game. I recently purchased it and am unable to progress past the character creation screen. This issue has persisted since the game’s release and has yet to be fixed. The developers have provided a lengthy list of potential troubleshooting steps, but they do not seem to address the root cause of the error. It’s worth noting that I do not have any issues with any other games on Steam, and I own quite a few. The developers do not seem to understand the reason for the error, as evidenced by the lack of a clear solution in the troubleshooting steps. Many other users have also reported this issue and, to my knowledge, there has never been a satisfactory explanation for it.
