Constant game crashing for 1 week+

Hello, for the past week I have spent almost every day crashing at random intervals, but also in live chat with the new world support in an attempt to fix it. My crashing USE to be an instant CTD. It then evolved to an error message for a short while, then it asked for me to send the files to amazon, and now the crash I have freezes the game, audio continues to play for 5 ish seconds and then a sound effect loops in the backround.

When does it happen? : Random, it can happen 1 minute since I clicked play on steam, crashing on the main menu, or 6 hours later during the game in a random point.
Fixes I have tried :
Went from Windows 11 → 10
Clean Boot
Verified Files
Reinstall
Flush DNS ( and full manual )
Changed IP configuration ( Ticking IPV6 off or something like that )
And a few more however I have done so much useless tweaks recommended by the live chat staff that I can’t even remember them all.

I do not have thermal problems and that is EXTREMELY funny, my game just crashed while typing this. As I was saying, my GPU sits at a steady 76-77 celcius and my GPU sits at round 70 celcius.

I do not crash like this in any other game, cyberpunk which pushes my pc harder or some easy to run game.

I have a weak experience in coding so I decided to take a look at the crash logs and it certainly seems that there are error codes being made and things not working as intended, however I do not know what it could be. Would anyone have any idea for me and anything I could do, I could post the game log files however I am worried there are some private information and the files are massive in length, like 100 + lines so maybe someone has a fix in place instead?

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
