I am constantly getting “Lag Detected” where i can hear things around me, see players chat messages, see indicators where im getting hit from, and move my camera around but cant move or see others moving. People keep stuttering whenever I look at anyone running, and freezing in place whenever the “Lag Detected” indicator comes up. its not a computer hardware performance issue since my frames and such seem completely the same as in other games. My connection used to be totally fine when i used to play this game on another computer on the same network. I dont know what the issue is.

As we will need some personal information from your account. Be sure to have your game logs ready just in case they ask for them.
If asked kindly provide the latest 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
Along with DxDiag report https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-and-run-dxdiag-exe-dad7792c-2ad5-f6cd-5a37-bf92228dfd85:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
