This happens in PVE and PVP but it is WAY more noticeable and in PVP, the game is almost unplayable at this point. Even walking sometimes it happens. Its not my fps or my net (fps is always around 90). There is no fps drop my game just stutters for no reason i have tried about 10 different ways to fix over the last year. Can anyone tell me what is going on? If i have a video on my 2nd screen playing it stutters when a load screen for NW comes up. No other game does this OW2,BDO,WZ2,COD etc are all fine.
