Consumables need to be rebalanced for pvp

In my opinion there is a major problems with consumables right now and the introduction of the new arena is highlighting these design flaws again.

There is only 4 quick slots for consumables, and there are different items available in every game mode.

in opr has battle bread which is unique, wars have haste and cleansing, arena doesn’t allow oakflesh / gemstone, which the other 2 modes do.

i think we should have the same consumables available in every pvp game mode, unless they have an important purpose. because it will be impossible to somewhat balance pvp, if you keep introducing these “variables” for different game modes.

like the haste potion out of combat, doesn’t interfere with balance and has a clear purpose, but the cleansing potion is a whole different beast.

it completely changes gameplay and helps certain classes and removes the strength of other classes.

same with oakflesh/gemstone in arena, some classes are really reliant on oak/gem to counter certain classes.

so my idea would be to remove the cleansing potion completely and adjust the resources/market/rewards so that pots, gem, oak, honing stones actually can be bought with the money you make from wars/opr/arena.

this would keep crafters useful, not make pvp players poor and help with future pvp balancing.

right now you seem to use a way in between, which pisses off crafters and will keep pvp unbalanced forever.
