- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Cooldowns for Berserk on the Hatchet and Ice Pylon on the Ice Gauntlet are becoming stuck, permanentaly now, ever after restarting the game altogether. Occasionaly a restart fixes it, but the first time I use the ability is also the last (CD gets stuck again) until I restart a few times again.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It made me unable to respec any weapon, add skillpoints if they level up, or change weapons.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: By not using either weapon until they are fixed, yes.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Use either the Hatchet or Ice Gauntlet and use the Berserk or Ice Pylon ability. Upon their duration ending, they occasionally do not go back on cooldown, and remain unusable.
