Cooldown counted from last transfer before patch

  • What is your character name in New World: Cotobylo
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Nysa → Tir na Nog
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Was without cooldown few days before patch. After patch cooldown was counted from my last transfer even that on patch day I had 0 cooldown on transfers, therefore I have right now 25 day cooldown on transfer. (transfered happened on Friday 2nd December, Coodown should end and it did end on 5th December, however I had no possibility to log in to transfer, Patch was applied 6th December, My new cooldown shows that I need to wait till 2nd January 2023.

  • (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: Cant transfer to appropriate server
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

This is a known issue and they are investigating.
