  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: I do not have this as it happens instantly sometimes.
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Do big portals in restless shores, happens in small and big groups of players.

I second that, this issue is persistent for me as well.

I’ve made a few assumptions on what could cause this of course I don’t know anything about the game’s actual code however I am wondering if it’s related on my level being to high (level 33 trying to clear level 25 corruption gates?) or if it has something to do with too many deaths

They commonly despawn when I am pvp flagged and there is PVP at the gate which causes players to exit and enter the area a lot due to dying to pvp so that can also be a factor.

So to summarize:

  • they work when I am in PVE with a big group clearing them fast
  • they don’t work if we take too long due to any of the above mentioned factors (PVP, multiple deaths, etc)

Hello everyone!

Is this issue addressed in the “Known Issues” list?

I wasn’t able to find it there… but it still persists.

Yesterday all of the 3 Big Portals (only the Big ones) I did with a group disappeared while clearing them.

Can someone of the Dev- or Communityteam please reply?

Still having this issue a month later:

Describe the issue you are experiencing: I was farming Corrupted Portals in Great Cleave, and every time I was mid way through a 5-man portal, it would abruptly end. It happened with every group portal, and sometimes with the lesser portals.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Cannot complete group portals
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
