I have been searching for a while but cant find an answer. I also see that others have posted the same issue under bugs with no answer, so let me try here.
In the fishing quest chain, you catch the Azoth-tinged fish in Edengrove and hand it in in Shattered Mountain at Konrad Bernard. He then needs to give you a follow up quest called “Corruption-tinged fish”. Issue is he doesnt have the quest available. I even looked if I accidentally completed it, however the followup to “Corruption-tinged fish” is also not available.
Is there another quest line that unlocks this quest? Or perhaps just a bug that doesnt allow me to get the quest.

If this issue still persisting, you could try restarting the game and checking the hyperlink below. If it persists let me know to proceed to escalate this.

Most likely not going to help but as a fishing master and a well known sufferer of ags’s distain for fishermen. Have you tried to catch the fish in shattered mountain anyways? I’ll jump on myself and start a new character to get the fish lines looked at for you if you still cant get it
A great lad by the name of fnar found the solution!
For some reason you have to do the new quests in windsward town if you are an old player(the quest line that sends you to talk to everyone). Literally less than a minute of running around and speaking to NPCs made the quest pop up.
