Does anyone use ryzen 5 3600 or 5500? I have a 1600af but it has lag in cities and during routes, I want to know if these cpus can handle it smoothly

The recommended System Requirements for Processor is-
Intel® Core™ i7-2600K / AMD Ryzen™ 5 1400
While the minimum requirement of processor is:
Intel® Core™ i5-2400 / AMD CPU with 4 physical cores @ 3Ghz

im using a 1600 af, beyond from recomended specs but in cities and so many players together i have stutterings, i know thats no best cpu, my question is just if 3600 has same problems
Those cpus still obviously arent the best but theyre miles better than the one you have now. I have an intel cpu that has similar performance to the ryzen 5 5500 according to online benchmarks and my game runs quite well so you should be fine with that one.
I have an i5-6600k (def outdated i know, im upgrading very soon) but the game is damn near unplayable for me. I’ve tried everything in terms of optimization including NV inspector and it doesn’t really help lol, cpu is always maxed out with 90% of the usage being from just new world.
do u play war and opr? run smooth?
They run “smooth” in the sense that i dont get stutters and stuff but in wars i have around 30-40 fps and in opr 60+ most of the time unless theres like 15 people or more on my screen all using abilities
