Craft quest - I accidentally salvaged armor for quest

hallo…same problem…i have all except “Protective Wyrd Shoes” that i suppose maybe to have salvaged for mistake…where can i open a ticket? can someone send me the link? thanks!

Same here :frowning: so sad

what is the quest name? so other dont make same mistake

+1 deleted lower level parts too! Give us the option to rebuy the pieces, or at the very least refarm them.

Just realized that myself, I salvaged all of these gear pieces due to lack of space in storage and bad stats (and most were light or medium gear, I’m a tank). Only to realize that you would have needed them… How am I supposed to know?! I don’t want to refarm this garbage, give us a free refund of these items or place some NPC down that sells lost/salvaged quest items… this is ridiculous!

Yeah, add another to the list. Why would i need terrible stats on light gear? of course im going to salvage it… :frowning:

I also deleted Shrouded Intent Coat and Battle’s Embrace Breastplate. Really hope I can get these back because I didn’t know you could actually upgrade them. Hope a patch comes soon to fix this.

Yes it does…sadly i did the same thing…Not that i unlocked the next tier…that is such a huge oversight they need to allow us to RE do the quest…

when r u guys fixing this. many of us cant proceed to farm the legendary items thanks to this lame issue. shud have just made it into a quest item mark on it so it cant be salvaged. it been weeks n theres not even a fix to this. this scks devs!

how to craft legendaries with this broken game!

So I’ve just realized that one of my Shrouded Intent pieces deleted itself. Without being salvaged.
Since this questline was giving me a named armor that came from nowhere else, I refused to salvage it on principle, throwing all the pieces in their own isolated storage (that I would later use for any similar items). Having finished the quest, I went back to this storage to get the set back out to upgrade, and wouldn’t you know it, a piece doesn’t exist anymore. They were still there when I added the previous piece, and I can 100% guarantee I did not salvage them, but they’re gone anyway.
And I can’t even get it back. Ludicrous.

Add me to the woe list! All the above, plus most of the four Battle’s Embrace pieces. I did manage to do the chest piece as I hadn’t salvaged that yet!

The Fix due to lack of information, storage & carry weight. Which makes players Need to salvage without knowing better is Simple, Restore the all the items for the complete quest to players since they are bind on pick up as the original items. Then they need to make the item unslavageable/dropable when new ones are received from the quest from the patch, like the bugged Azoth staffs are (t3, t4, t5).
Problem solved, everyone happy.
In the meantime I have pretty much all the upgrade items sitting in storage unable to be used due to poor design & lack of information.
