Craft undervalued

I believe that many think the craft very undervalued in the new world so I would like to suggest an idea to improve this scenario, today to craft a legendary item is very expensive (only for dominant guilds) and with a very high rng , ie unfeasible, so what about making a system to craft legendary items and q can choose the perks, ie the item according to your need, I know this would be bad for today’s economy if it is simply implemented, but how about every crafter being able to make 1 of these a week, it doesn’t matter if it’s sword or armor but it would be limited to 1 a week that is, it would take a long time for him to close the gears and it would be good for both hardcore and casual players, as every blacksmith would be limited to 1 item per week it would take a long time for him to close his own gear and imagine putting it on the market, we would have more demand for blacksmiths valuing the craft and giving the game greater life, how about it?
