- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Crafting a 600GS Tool doesn’t increase it’s rarity from Blue to Purple or Epic and therefore doesn’t increase it’s perks from 3 to 4.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: The design language for other tools, namely the fishing rod is that if it’s blue it has 3 perks, epic 4 perks, and legendary (as seen from the 100 fishing quest) 5 perks. However, rolling a 600GS Pickaxe doesn’t make it epic and therefore doesn’t give it an extra perk. According to the fishing rod gathering tool design language, a crafted 600GS tool should be at least epic and have 4 perks.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Craft a 600GS Pickaxe or other tool – would a crafted 600GS fishing rod be legendary and with 5 perks? – I’m guessing not.
