Crafting 595-600 but receiving 590-600 items

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: As seen in the video, I should be rolling 595-600 items, but I was receiving 590-600 items. The recording shows the last 3 blunderbusses I rolled just to get the clip… I didn’t realize the bug until I rolled 40 blunderbusses, but I rolled another 3 blunderbusses just so I was able to get the clip… I just thought that 2/40 legendaries was the typical end-game content…

I have had this happen months ago and this is why I craft in small batches.

I hope you get your mats back just as I hope AGS actually takes this bug serious and puts it on the known issue list…. But I doubt either will ever happen.

Bumping again for an update. I was told 24hrs for an update, then 24-48hrs, and now I’m just not being provided timing or an update at all.

Representatives on live chat have told me that I may not even be eligible for a refund because of policies. What??

To simplify the issue here — New World said something would happen if the player spends gold. The player spends gold but that something did not happen.

How does this issue require a policy?

Oh good news, I have an update! AGS acknowledged that this was an unfortunate error. Unfortunately, this circumstance does not meet there policy guidelines for a refund. But everything is ok because I can just check the forums periodically for updates on the issue.

So grateful for the devs support in “resolving” this problem :clown_face:

Make sure you record the issue to prove it. That way, AGS will apologize for the inconvenience and do nothing about it.

after you craft once, it drops your azoth and tries to change your mats, check every time.

Yes that does happen, but that’s not the issue here. The crafting menu says 595-600, but items roll 590+. It’s a crafting bug

iv probably had that happen to, ill check my vods, i was probably to stoned to notice, if i can find one with it, since i do a lot of crafting for my company ill post it for ya.

Same here. I rolled 20 Greatswords and 4 of them were 590-594GS (and 0 600GS lol) despite having 595-600 potential gear score crafting.

It seems this bug has been around for a while now but I don’t think it’s getting fixed soon.

There’s a lot of examples on YouTube of this occurring. I’ve never seen it before so I didn’t even think to check it (why would I expect it to be wrong). I crafted 40 blunderbusses and only rolled 3 legendaries, but I just assumed it was bad luck. I realized the bug when I went to sell them. That was super disheartening

Probably not, but you will most likely get 3 feathers, a gypsum orb, and 4 green 590 weapons.
