How do you know this is correct? Is there a forum post or patch note that mentions that it should be legendary on 600 everytime? I thought it was a chance to hit 600 purple and then another chance for 600 legendary. This has happened to me pretty much the whole time since launch. I pretty much follow all patch notes, however i may have missed that post.

Well, to be completely honest, I guess I am not 100% sure. Maybe I am making some assumptions. I am not sure what the situation is/was when you crafted 600 GS items that were epic, but as you can see in the picture I posted of the Hatchet I crafted, the game gave me Umbral Shards. So I guess we get Umbral Shards for 600 GS crafts, not legendary only? Maybe one of the devs can weigh in on this to answer the question for sure? The question is my eyes would be:
Assuming all the materials were of the highest tier, max azoth used, all trophies, clothing, food buffs etc. that would give you a craft window of 595-600, is it possible to craft a GS 600 item that is epic (NOT Legendary)?

This happened to a friend last night, 600 gloves that didn’t roll legendary.
Crafting is NOT fixed.

I’m not a Dev, but I do know that you shouldn’t be getting Epics from rolling 600GS items through crafting when using high end materials and max Azoth. I’ve been crafting for the past two years since this game has come out and ever since, every time I used the same methods you have, I have never gotten a 600GS item that WASN’T legendary (except Shields ofc).
I also wanna know about Compensation? Because this is now the 3rd crafting bug that has surfaced (who knows if there are more or will be more) on the endless list of other bugs (Double Attribute Weapons) , People missing Gear (which I know is fixed), the 2 Downtimes to fix stuff that’s not working as intended (Activities being disabled + Crafting Food double applying (which I know was fixed).

Another day of us being ignored like please devs/staff or whoever please respond to the previous post from me i just want to know what to expect are we getting a refund or compensation or not?

I am impressed with their disregard, if it were the opposite, if the bug had benefited us we would already be banned, but as we are being harmed we are placed in 2 - 3 plan

So, it’s highly recommended to not do any crafting at this time? I have material burning a hole in my pocket. Very painful.
