Void ore has been so diminished lately that this would actually give it a viable use. I think many people would be happy to invest in it to guarantee as second perk, so high end crafting isn’t such a yolofest with a very small chance of success.

Void ore price is the result of basic economics - supply and demand. Well, boosted by being a prime component of one of the dupe waves.
IMO the resources needs to die out and be obsoleted ASAP.
