Crafting Leveling and Moving Houses QOL suggestion

Hello Team,

I would like to make a couple suggestion that would encourage me to be a bit more active in the game than I already am along with a reason why for the suggestion. Hopefully this is something others also think/feel would be good for them also. More towards QOL suggestions and not something that I suspect is “needed” but would very much make certain aspects more enjoyable

  1. Crafting mid to high level experience gain for furnishing. This is more for furnishing and I suspect that it may relate to the others, but I have not delved as much into them yet. Now with Aptitude being in the game for a bit and the grind now having a endless cap (thank you for it) can we reward players a bit more to get them to that endless grind with encouraging them to make higher end. example I need to make 8 picnic tables to go from 175 to 176. Solo farming the mats (not including farming against bots) but getting to the point where you can make those is a lot of time investment, and I am not sure I feel rewarded well and feel accomplished making higher end gear. I do not think the lower end stuff that is more “efficient” needing a nerf here, I want to feel more accomplished making the higher end things. A non-Furnishing example, LAZ orbs , you have stated you want to make this more accessible, but only give 172 exp for making said orb. Just doesn’t feel like the resources or the time required to make such is worth what we get out of it.

  2. Allow an expenditure of Azoth to move one’s house, allowing for a more diverse house taxing market. this will allow more focus on companies to complete not only over the convivence of the housing market but to draw people in or push people away if handled wrong. If I had a bit more sway on moving my house with out a huge financial loss (IE abandoning, with no refund) and then farming to have enough money for another house, even more so when a company comes in and raises taxes to very high. I think it would allow for a bit more management and thought put into companies that own territory of how to balance out what they are doing to influence the territories they have. an example of my thought make it T1 hours 500 azoth, T2 750 and T4 1000 to move a house from one territory to another with a two to three week cooldown, to prevent people just from moving to avoid tax dodging, and put real thought into their move.
