Crafting or refining tiers not reflected properly on map

• When looking at crafting or refining Teirs for settlements on maps, the tiers are often not correct, on the map some stations will say tier 3 and the actual station is tier 4 and vice versa.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: No
• Makes it annoying when lookign for a proper crafting or refining station to use

Same experience in Carabas. It’s really frustrating.

At least from my experience it’s only pertaining to the refining stations. This is because the refining stations all start at a base of T3 now instead of T2 like they used to during alpha, but they forgot to update the map display on the tiers. For now just add +1 to refining stations on the map display to get their real tier.
