Describe the issue you are experiencing: Workshop in Monarch’s Bluff shown as Tier 5 on the map and also on the town project board. Both smelter and workshop shown as upgrade completed, but Smelter is Tier 5 while Workshop is still Tier 4.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: This is the only Workshop that is Tier 5 in the server.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes. Took me a long time to level Engineering but not able to craft.

Yup! Same problem for us on Saragalla US West.
Upgraded our workshop to T5 ~ would’ve been the only one on the server. It’s not upgrading, but the territory says it’s Tier5.
Same issue on Bentusle in Everfall. Our Workshop and Arcane Repository have both been upgraded to t5, and are costing the owners as if they were t5, display as t5 on the map, but are in fact only t4 when you walk up to them. This needs to be fixed yesterday, and is extremely disappointing.
Also same issue on Savoya-NA East. Forges in both Everfall and Monarch’s Bluffs state they are t5 on the map/town board/town table and all are either t3 or t4. Just yesterday EF upgraded outfitting station to T5 and now that seems to be stuck at t4 as well.
