Crafting Stations Not Actually Upgrading

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Me and my company are experiencing a bug where our T4 Outfitting Station and Smelter are not upgrading to T5, It has been over 24 hours since this bug’s first appearance. We have completed both upgrades via missions on the town board but have yet to have them ‘Actually’ upgrade, In the territory planning board it says both are fully upgraded and completed but when actually walking up to them and trying to craft, both are still considered T4

  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Its literally stopping everyone on our server from crafting T5 items in the outfitting station and Smelter in Everfall, which is currently the main area of our server with nearly 70% of players traffic concentrated around that area

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Nope, not yet, both are still bugged

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Seems to me is to just do everything normally as you would to upgrade something to T5 and it happens

Also sorry if this is already a known issue but this really needs to be fixed and thought I would report my case. Also, I would put more pictures but apparently new users can only put 5 ‘embedded items’ in a post so… yeah.

Same issue here. Several stations in our town MB are not upgraded. Stone cutter and Cutting and all of that happen after recent patch.

We have same thing in Saba server, in the table it is shown as T5 but in the town is only T4

Tritonis server, Cutlass Keys. T5 Smelter upgrade was completed and it is still a T4 Smelter. The Darkside invested a significant amount into this project, and with the massive taxation elsewhere we’re losing money daily on transport costs, heightened fees, and labor hours.

Can provide screenshots as well if necissary.

Same. on my server Chicomotztoc our smelter has been t4 for 2 days even tho we upgraded it to t5. Devs please help!

Just thought I would add an update here, on the fact absolutely nothing is upgrading and not just the outfitting station and Smelter. Ever since the last update, all the crafting stations are stuck at what tier they were before, the territory planning board says the right tier they’re supposed to be at but the actual crafting stations are not changing at all no matter how long we wait. Nothing is changing and it’s starting to really become a problem
