Alright I got all the mats, waiting for the weaponsmith city perk to pop up in one of my cities but while I wait…a question.
My range will be 595-600. If the piece of gear I craft is less than 600, if I use umbral shards to raise it to 600+ will it turn legendary? Or stay purple?
purple, crafted gears are not going to turn legendary when upgraded to 600, only named items are the one that will turn legendary once upgraded to 600.
