I hate house taxes to, some of the dumbest shit ever thought up. Not enjoyable at all.
You can pay taxes anywhere…

Settlement owners own you, if you chose to participate in society.
I dont even bother logging in these days knowing my taxes are due therefore my storages are over flowing not allowing me to do anything. Its literally like 7 day subscriptions now, so unless you are going to utilise these with play time then dont waste your gold which leads to even less loggin time. Nice work AGS
