I’ve had enough of waiting queues in overloaded worlds (why do they even allow to create more characters than can connect to that server, for sake…), and transfers are still not possible, so I decided to create new character.
First problem: I couldn’t do it on low-population from the same world set. I wanted to stay on EN/PL, but… I would need to delete my first character first, due to Amazon logic.
I didn’t wanted to lose my first char, so I picked another world set and the server - with lowest population and no queues, today - exactly as they’ve suggested in Global Announcement today - just switched to new empty world (set).
It was all nice during the day, but few hours later I wanted to play I see again dreaded “HIGH” next to my world and damn login queue! The same hell again, on damn new world and new character!
What the … is wrong with this game? Why devs allow people to create more characters on given world than it can handle? We shouldn’t see login queues at all, for sake. Why we cannot freely move between servers (at least within world set), so everyone could play comfortably?
Seriously, this game shouldn’t be released with such as basic problems. I am wondering what were the devs assumptions about MMO - that the player population will be static…? I am just out of words, at the moment. It’s not hard to design scalable system, for sake - just start with assumption it needs to be scalable, automatically. And let players move between worlds, when existing ones are full and unplayable.
We don’t want to start new character every day. Or twice a day, for sake…
