Had it on 2 consecutive runs with keys used by 2 different people.
My healer told me it “might be the silence on top of one of the letters” (I don’t know if it’s worth propagating that as a possible cause)
Similar thing happened when I did amrime the buttons even when all pushed down didn’t progress the dungeon had to get off of all of them and then get back on. I think this due to it not being able to handle all the people
Happened to me twice in M2 and M6
Ya know, if that was actually awarding us extra boxes each time, it would’ve been fixed in one day
