Why is Critical Retribution only pvp only on PTR… I kinda sucks, when some us really use hard time to get this as well for pve
PvE mobs do not crit. Their damage is never a critical strike. That means in PvE, Critical Retribution will never proc. So in the PTR “PvP Only” is just a wording change. Everything else is the same as it is.
If you want Crit Ret to proc in PvE, mobs would meed to start do critical damage and just imagine the amount of complaints that would flow in once you implement that. It would make Resilience a must for even PvE on top of Ward.
It would make the game harder and unreachable for poor/casual players and all for what? To make Crit Ret usable in PvE? I don’t think so
