Make a new territory that has a port city or add this to an existing costal territory.
At the port is an NPC you talk to where you can submit your crew that will board a boat (your roster). People from other servers do the same thing and enter an instanced warlike pvp map where both companies arrive at the same time and fight for control points on an island to conquer new lands.
