Cycle Target Healing Changed.. WHY?

What has changed since the latest patch with healing and mouse scroll cycle target selecting party members? Now when scrolling the cycle target selection jumps (up or down) to random players in party, not sequential anymore… Why has this changed? I understand we now have select target but the mouse wheel cycle target did not need to change right??

Have you turned off group mode by mistake maybe?

Not that I’m aware of… but how would that effect the way the cycle target works? Since the beginning of NW cycle targeting has been “free” when using mouse wheel up / down. Now it appears to be selective when using mouse wheel up / down… no one else is experiencing this??

I thought the same.But it was my mistake because i switched the group mode.When u turn it off or on,idk which one is the right one, u can heal members nearby, that are not in your group. And then it looks like it jumps complete randomly. id u presd the group button again everything will be like it always has been.

Because if someone is not in your LOS when group mode is off it will skip past them

That’s a really bad change. Group mode selection and fixed camera (turn off freeform camera casting) pinpoints the location of your teammate every time. Insanely clutch in wars.

it hasnt changed though
its always been like that, you probably just turned group off by mistake

Was group mode toggle on/off even available before?

The change has been live for at least a week now, so its possible. Otherwise you maybe toggled it in settings by accident

this happened with me yesterday i thought i had group mode off but i double checked it it was on this gave me an aneurysm

Edit: i only experienced this in war never happened in opr or open world

I just played around with this again and the replies in this post are right, it’s due to “Group Mode” being toggled… What’s annoying is I didn’t have group mode key-bound so no idea how that was toggled :frowning: Thanks all :love_you_gesture:
