Damage Calculator for armor

I have full Voidbent armor and a legendry Hammer and Axe both at strength 30 my attributes are 300 con 250 strength. So here is the problem when playing other players with medium or light armor or even heavy at times the damage output is so weak to them that its extremely hard or not possible to kill them even when they are bye them selves with no heals. This is extremely frustrating because there damage to me for example is sometimes 4 shots to kill me because the damage modifier is so great if you wear light and medium armor. I also noticed other heavy builds doing damage as well so what is the reasoning for this New World if you read this please look into how a heavy build takes damage for lighter gear players and how damage is dealt back to them. I know u wanted a even playing field however that’s not the case with this nerf. Just so u know most light players are using muskets or bow ect so they are ranged so the damage for them is so great u cant even get close

You have fully spec’d into defence. You shouldn’t be doing much damage. Why not try medium and 200 con.
I personally run light 100 con and 380 Dex. I have always found running more damage preferable to more defence. If you can kill someone before you kill them defence doesn’t matter.

I have a pretty decent amount of clips of killing full voidbent users. It takes me probably an average of 10 shots even with a nearly full glass canon build.
Heavy users still do a fairly decent amount of damage to me, but I am the other end of the spectrum and I don’t know how they are spec’d. 300 con seems crazy though…

That’s because voidbent is not meant for the current musket/bow glass cannon meta for OPR or open-world PvP. There are better heavy armors for anti-physical damage, idk about you but whenever I’m on heavy and even medium sometimes, muskets will hit me once or twice and change target. But when I’m on light I swear they almost always stick to you and just tunnel vision you unless you LoS or go completely away from their sight cos you actually get 2-4 shotted on light and 10+ on heavy lol. I don’t see how a heavy armor user can get “4 shots” and die unless all the stars aligned for the musket (all perk dmg modifiers are up + 4 headshots in a row + keenly empowered+ empowering stance + oblivion from VG + all dmg modifiers on musket mods + battle bread + and rend on you).

EDIT: Also, last time I checked you can only go up to 500 total attributes, Idk where you’re getting 300 con 250 strength.

yeah I was 300 conn 200 str your right I have tried alot of different combos like 315 str and not so much conn the problem is I dont see the damage difference when i max str and lower the conn which is then almost like being in medium armor I watched the new world team for an hour video on how they read this and have teams to look at problems I would like to honestly say its not a fair fight when u have a full heavy build in outpost against the med and light when the hit health goes quickly down were there still in the mix in group and this is without heals

I run 450 dext most of the time with Infamy and laz bow… i hit most heavy void bents like a mosquito with 950 damage. Literally they could stand still and i wont kill them 9/10 times. So not rly sure how you are getting 4 shot. What is your total hp?

Also, some1 said it earlier and i can confirm, i shoot void heavies once, if their hp doesnt move more than 15% i move to next target. Sometimes you will find void heavies with low const and thats always nice. Though they are the same guys that if they get up close to me im dead 9/10 times cus they will 2 shot me literally.
