I guess it has something to do with in-game voice chat. I deleted the file and then verify integrity , I am still having crashes. Even disabled in-game voice chat.
So, i am no longer sure what is causing the error :
If you have an anti-virus either disable it or set it to game mode if it has one, or add the new world executable to its exceptions. Some anti-virus programs although try to protect try and hook into the games memory space, and the client might be incorrectly flagging it as a client editor.
I’ve legit had this come up when I’ve had windows updates that were installed but waiting for a reboot.
I’ve also had it happen when I accidentally open the radeon software.
In those cases, though, a reboot resolves it. In other games, I’ve had the software that controls my computer’s fancy LEDs as suspicious software. Then, yes, there are certain antivirus programs that can cause issues.
I’d start disabling programs running at startup first to see if one of those is doing it. Then I’d move on to ending task on any optional software.
Checked for updates. Didnt have any. I rebooted on my first error. Even did reinstallation. didnt help. Customer Support says to delete EAC folder in the game directory , that didnt help as well.
Having the same issue idk what to do this start happening after the update have not be able to play this game since i love to play the game just because of this annoying bug i can’t play it i have tried everything reinstallation of game/window nothing same thing can’t play the game keep getting the same error i am losing my faith at this point i wanna play but idk what to do at this point
I can answer this question because I can see this same message in my log. This is what I see in my backup log in the folder “LogBackups”:

This is all from the time that I disconnected from the game normally. So it appears that you will always see that message regardless of how you disconnected even if you didn’t have any issues.
Based on what you’ve stated here:
It appears you have something happening in your Windows system during the game running that is conflicting with New World execution. It could be that the winter event added just enough code to cause your system to run out of some sort of Windows resource such as memory. I would suggest having Task Manager running (I always do) to look through to see how close you are to running out of some sort of resource. You can view your memory, cpu usage, and depending on which video card you have, your video card GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) temperature.
Further questions:
How much ram do you have in your system? I have 16 gigabytes and don’t have any memory issues. If you have 8 gigabytes and have the graphics up to high or very high then it could be the issue.
What type of hard drive do you have the game installed on? Is it an HDD or an SSD? I have found that the SSD has no delays at all with the game. But an older HDD will sometimes cause brief delays.
i7-10700k, 32gb ddr4 at 4000mhz cl18 , rtx3080 , 256gb nvme ssd for OS , 512gb nvme ssd for games ( NW is installed here ), windows 10 , and a fully water cooled system.
Yes , i agree that you will get the error ClientSDK when you’re disconnected. However, you can also see what was the cause of the disconnection. In my case , was due to vivox.
I have task manager running while performing troubleshooting , i am nowhere close to 100% both usage and temps.
I don’t see that as the cause unless you were hung for 12 minutes. The vivox messages in the log according to the time were 12 minutes before the disconnect message. At 7:35:59 was the last of the Vivox error messages. Then at 7:47:54 was the disconnect.
The message popup leads one to believe it’s not a connection related issue from your ISP because it shows “Login Blocked: Suspicious Software or Corrupted Install Detected”. But the Lag Detected message seems like it is.
When I look through my log I see a few of these messages:
<2021-12-26 19:06:34.396>: [Info]: [Vivox] VoiceChatSystemComponent: invalid input device id {0.0.1.00000000}.{acb88f5e-5531-4ef7-9144-4d440cd7f77b}
But I don’t get disconnected 12 minutes later. The game continues fine all the way until I disconnect the normal way through the in-game menu. This also leads me to believe that Vivox is not your issue. It appears that your issue is something else that isn’t seen in the logs.
Have you tried opening the Resource Monitor from within Task Manager? It has a history of what’s happened with resources instead of a snapshot like the Task Manager shows. In the Overview tab you can see CPU, Memory, Network and Disk from a historic standpoint. So the order would be to start the Resource Monitor and adjust the columns so they’re readable and then start the game. This would at least rule out that the resources aren’t being exhausted for a brief moment while the game is running.
Also I didn’t see reference to any of your messages posted here that you are current with nVidia drivers for the 3080. You have the latest Dec 20th release of the drivers correct?
I am agreeing that the issue is something i cant see in the logs.
The crash also is not a CTD.(Crash to Desktop). It will hung in-game , and after a few minutes returned me back to the login screen. Due to nature of non-ctd, game didnt produce a crash report. so basically i am stuck with a single log that is not verbose enough to determine point of error.
Resource monitor didnt show anything usable for troubleshooting at the moment , but i’ll continue to replicate and monitor.
Ah bugger sorry ur having these problems its a bugger to diagnose. It doesnt help that the anti-cheat program doesnt tell you exactly what is causing it to disconnect.
I’ll give you some info though and maybe you might find the issue out on your computer.
The program basically protects the games memory from being accessed by other programs. Even legitimate programs sometimes hook into processes such as anti-virus and even ur graphics software which most anti-cheat programs dont like. They also scan your registry and check for programs which are considered suspicious and may help you to cheat, again it sometimes flags legit programs as bad and disconnects.
Maybe also download a anti-virus scanner and do a thorough scan of your software, it could be that you have a rootkit or nasty virus thats hooking into process without your awareness.
