They have fixed it, and you could have spent another 39 hours playing instead of sitting in a queue, so why didn’t you?

They fix It in part. i log on now, still 2k queue and doesnt move, but im agree with u, i want to change the server, but my 30 level character Is in this server, Hope they give character transfert before weekend and i Will go on the less populated world, and i tried to change server, i did a lvl 15 char on a new server but still got queue 
I re-rolled on one of the new servers the other day and haven’t regretted it since. There is absolutely no queue every time I log in during peak hours. People need to just give up on the dream of getting into those overpopulated servers. Lol!

i dont mind changing server, but i dont want to start fresh now. i know i play on a overpop stream server (Asgard EU) but if they give me a free server change i will take it =)
I picked the least populated server and now has become a High populated server? do you want me to delete the character again and re start on another server that would become eventually high populated over the weekend? How many times do I need to do it before I actually can have my final character?

Many of us have indeed done this, and the new servers we rolled on (not initial ones, new ones they added) now also have queues during prime time of 1k or more.
I rolled on Tuesday AM on an EST server that then acquired a heavy queue. So when they released new US East servers, I rerolled on one of those late Tuesday night. By Wednesday night it had a queue of ~300 at peak time. By yesterday it was ~1100 at peak time. The queues follow you, it seems, because there just isn’t enough capacity right now with the low caps.
And the problem is going to get much worse this weekend, when all the weekend warrior gamers who don’t have time to play during the week are planning to have long sessions in the game … the queues will be historic in nature I am sure.
There is no way this is going to go away until the caps are raised (which will probably happen when players are more spread out and not all in the lower level zones) and transfers come along.

How hard is it to start fresh? The game has only been out for about 3 days, lol. You arent that invested.

This depends on how much time has been invested, but in general I agree that it is sunk cost fallacy. The issue is that rerolling doesn’t fix the issue – the queue follows you.

no it doesnt. There are tons of servers with low pop. In fact in the EU they added 36 new servers today so there are even more low pop servers to play on.
Like I said above:
What am I going to do? Roll a third time on yet another server and wait to see if it, too, develops a queue?

i reroll in another server, and still got a queue, i cant create all time new character, and wasting my time (people work in their lives.) because they cant afford an mmo. Can’t blame customers if they give u a bad service. i spent some hours on main character, going in other server spent alot there then i got the same problem.
I downloaded the game on launch day. I started playing the day before yesterday on the new low pop server (EU). Then I loged in again yesterday evening and this afternoon. Not once was I in the que of any kind. Therefore I assume only the ppl who loged in on day one and never re rolled still have this problem.
Check EU servers. Pretty much all servers are on queue again. The new servers fill up really fast.
If I may ask what is your character lvl? Is it worth switching to new server with low queue time?
Do you wait to hop in on high pop server because your friends are plying there? If yes they will add server transfer soon for sure.
And do you play in EU. I heard EU is terrible with waiting times
Nope. I rerolled to a fresh server after a day, and it was fine at first, then a few hundred queue the next night, then 1000+ queue the next night. Many people are in the same situation.
Expecting people to reroll a third time? Not gonna happen.

I feel like I am one of the few that really tought about it wich server to choose…
I knew popular names like Valhalla and Morrow would be very popular so I choose Alfheim. Wich I guess is in between the most populair and the servers that are not populair because of bad prenouncable names
Queue time is not 6 hours long on there… so…
And to answer on somebody else here:
I am almost sure that they will put a limit on the transfers to a server to make sure not 10.000 players want to transfer to the same server. I think that’s why they announced: ‘to every AVALAIBLE server’.
