After an entire week of being blocked from joining the game and seeing the comments and post from other players, An entire week of searching for answers and a possible fix, I have decided to compile everything I have attempted, read and seen. For starters there are many claiming that this is the message you receive prior to being banned. However, I have spoken with devs and customer support alike and both have said this is not a ban…
Javier Jose [1:18:41 PM] : The problem is with the anticheat system that the game has, it is acknowledging that some players are commiting suspicious/cheating activity when in truth they are not.

Javier Jose [1:19:44 PM] : I can check the status of your ban, but i am not allowed to share any information regarding it!
Me [1:19:57 PM] : only login blocked , suspicious or corrupted hardware.

Now, This is where i started to loose patience and got annoyed. I have contacted support 3-4x over the week looking for an update. Every time They instructed me to do the same task
- Validate steam Files
- Repair EAC
- Reinstall game
None of these task would fix the problem and every time they would say well, It’s a known issue we are waiting for devs to fix it. If that is the case than why waste peoples time , hopes and resources to do these task if you know its a known issue? Lastly I know for a fact this is not corrupted file or suspicious software because, Before wiping my computer completely i went ahead and handed amazon another 40$ to run a test account. And of course it fired up flawless, My first account had 400 hours and was level 60 all legit and clean, Never abused a mechanic or bug in the game. The new account has just reached 40 hours and level 40. Same exact rig , software and play style with zero login blocked… If there was something there it should have flagged. Like the devs have said its got to be in internal issue.
Conclusion, I have no idea what’s going on AGS, But i would really like my main account back. As much as i love this game, I really want an update to what is going on. The time invested, the hundreds of dollars in the cash shop everything, I want to know what is going on and when we the players are going to get a chance to return, Not everyone is as crazy as me and will spend more money on this game and getting destroyed by a bug like this. I know you want this game to successful, it has some great bones and i am enjoying it but we need information. You can’t just tell us your working on it and not expand a little more. If we every do get our accounts back because of this bug, How much time was lost, the taxes not paid on houses and gear gap / time gap from our fellow players still in the game is going to hold many back. I am sorry but this in unacceptable. My heart breaks for those who cant just simply buy the game again. Think about the people living pay check to pay check and just want to come home and turn off their mind and play the game. Instead they come back to this fubar situation. Please give us some real information on what the battle plan is. Give these people some hope,
Last comment, Who ever is lead support, Please get your team in order. Give them information to succeed and not piss off their customers by using generic responses and false information. I have had two just assume I was banned despite having all the information they needed in the first 10 seconds of the conversation. I should have not to repeat myself over and over again, than to be told oh, your not banned its a known issue.
