Dcoument in Campbell's Rest is bugged

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: there is a document in Campbell’s Rest that is bugged. When you hover over it, it says @09_FIRSTLIGHT_TITLE_16_02. If you try to read it you will be stuck, unable to move until you use the /stuck feature or a mob attacks you

• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I can’t read the document, so can’t add it to my document journal

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: yes, but either using the /stuck feature or waiting for a mob to spawn and attack me.
