Is there a reason why we can’t have drops or craft items that get randomly deadly frost or Pylon Burst weapon perks? Both perks are weak compared to insatiable gravity well or nullifying oblivion for example but still if you want to utilize these weapon perks you have to go out of your way to acquire first the perk modifier and force them to a crafted piece.
