Block the guy you harass in game ( because you are probably the harasser here) and gtfo of the forums because people will straight start reporting you with this attitude.

That is extremely subjective. Is being unwelcome not announcing to everyone on the server that you logged in? You are purposefully being evasive in details.
Again. You got the answer, just not the answer YOU want to hear. Block the person.
Actually, it kind of is how it works in real life. You BLOCK them from being in your life. You are presented with options and choose one. Somehow, again, it seems you do not like the options presented to you.
Post it here on the forums. Perhaps you may get people who agree with you, perhaps they will not. But just because YOU feel something happened, doesn’t mean the rest, you know, the ones who will JUDGE the situation do.
This is comical to me. Justice? What justice do you feel that you are entitled to? No one forces you to log in. No one forces you to play the character on that server. You make that choice. Now . . . because someone has done something that, so far, only you, seems to feel incorrect, you are demanding justice. What should the justice for this purported action be? Should the other player get a 30-minute after-school detention? Should the other player be taken to Times Square and tarred and feathered? Should they be put in the SuperMax prison or is it just capital punishment?
Your hanging out here responding to everyone over the last hour or so makes me feel like judging YOUR actions. I am questioning if you have been hitting the EggNog (spiked of course) a little hard. I am questioning if you have some other real-life issues that are creeping into a video game. Whatever the issue is, so far, you have not convinced the masses that have responded that you are in the right. It seems that the solution exists and no matter what, you will not accept that solution. Well . . . good luck then.

OP. Unfortunately this is the state of New World.
The only people who remain are the ones who adopt this attitude and the majority view of the replies to your thread.
Sadly, this is a big part of the reason I stopped playing new world. It’s part poor gameplay (broken game etc); part poor moderation (I got mass reported twice, and even sent in screenshots of people saying "Go Mass Report [Character Name]; and part toxic, immature and childish community.
From what I’ve gathered, a majority of players that remain are populists and are love with the cheeto overlord and red trucker hats.
There is no “community” here.
I implore you to check out FFXIV once they start selling the game again, such a different vibe and community plus it has like 10+ years of polish.
And FWIW, I’ve actually done the EU GDPR privacy request and it shows a lot of reports as “expired” (the one’s I’ve made) and for my penalties the “Context of Penalty” section is blank.
This game is a trainwreck.
