Describe the issue you are experiencing: I returned to the game for this “fresh start” for a bit of fun, and the Death’s Coronation outfit that I purchased for real money has had its cloak removed. Now granted, the cloak was implemented HORRIBLY and I actually submitted a bug report for that back in December of 2021: Original Bug Report. However, I purchased this outfit specifically because it had a cloak and I wanted a cloak. So I would like the cloak returned but properly implemented, or I would like a refund for the outfit.
Is this a bug? I am unaware if this is a bug or simply the dev team giving up on fixing something.
(if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: It upsets me to purchase something that then has the main draw removed.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Buy the Death’s Coronation outfit back at launch and get disappointed even more by the broken cloak being completely gone a year later.
All the other threads regarding this have been ignored after being moved to the Bug Report section so I’ll just keep bumping this until someone acknowledges they are fixing it.

We’re aware the cloak has taken a small sabbatical this last patch, but it will be returned better than ever soon! We appreciate your patience and understanding.
