i have tried this but no avail, i tried contacting amazon support i hope they can resolve the problem

they have pretty much sent me a generic reply which i already tried before reaching out to forums and CS :frowning: bit underwhelming tbh

I’m sorry for that they gave you the same steps that I gave to you.

In that case as they tell you in the e-mail if you still having the issue reply the e-mail with all the information they need and also add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

About the Dxdiag report, I’m so sorry for the misunderstanding but I mean that you have to shared it with the live support channel once you contact back to them. Unfortunately here in the forum with can’t access to that information.

Also @HellzBellz If you have done all the steps, please follow the steps to contact our live support channel as well so they can help you with this problem and don’t forget to add all the information that I had shared in the post above with them.

just to update on this Amazon Support has never contacted me again after i’ve sent what they asked, and so i’ve checked in game but still nothing received.

but i just claimed the new twitch prime stuff




and got the 3 of them right away

In this case you can contact them back in order to ask for an update of you case to know if there still investigating the problem of they found the problem and know how to fix it.

I have had the same problem as him. I have made tickets and talked to people. Everyone keeps telling me to check the forums for an update, but nothing is showing up. @Goliathus have you received your drops yet?

i have received the newer drops except the Death’s Beckoning been a month now, havent heard back from Amazon Help Desk.

I’m really sorry that you have not received an update of the ticket you had made, in this case in order to have an update about the ticket you will have to contact them again.
