It started after the last City of Brass merger. So it’s only been going on about a week. It doesn’t seem to be caused by anything in particular. As a base-line, regardless of what I am doing I get 1000+ latency spikes one or two times a minute. Sometimes they last for a second sometimes 5. It has made PVP essentially impossible and I am running out of things to do that I enjoy while I wait for the issue to fix itself. Hopefully I can find a solution here.

I was wrong, after a tip from a fellow player I reset my router to factory settings which seems to have been the source of the issue. Thank you for your help anyways! The issue is resolved.
