Thank you for responding. It’s still not working at all for me either. I even waited for the last 15 minutes and all it did was freeze up my whole machine.

i deleted the AGS folder from local and from roaming and i got in all my settings are reset now tho
from a company member that had same issue
Well waiting solves the issue… my question now is , will it be like this next time i open the game, im even afraid trying…
It was doing this pre-patch too, i noticed the (2) 3 days ago.
Waiting literally 10 minutes after it crashed my computer waiting once managed to actually get me in, lol.

Drivers were up to date, still not fixed
After the initial super long load screen, if you restart your game does it proceed normally or does it give the same loading screen again?
It is a client issue, server status has no affect on it
I’ve got the exact same issue. Anyone had any luck finding a fix?
Why is this game completely full of bugs and so poorly optmized? This is really annoying. Every single update there’s a different problem.

I have the same issue. i’m stuck on the NEW WORLD loading screen. first screen in the game. ALl my drivers are up to date. I verified my game files. Cleared all caches. Restarted my computer. Still frozen on the loading screen. I can’t even Esc. I have to get task manager to force close the application.
I’ve submitted several dxdiag logs to the devs and as soon as I do. I stop getting any emails back from anyone. it’s happened on multiple support tickets. I’m done being a beta tester for this game.
I cannot recommend this game in its current state.
Waited over 2 hours and it never loads
Fixed For Me: When checking GeForce experience, it said I had the most up to date graphics drivers. I verified the version number with what was on the Nvidia website. Just in case, I manually downloaded and installed the latest driver outside of GeForce experience, restarted, and it worked.

Fact of the matter, my comment was before the maintenance period was even over, about 1 hr before it was.
Fact of the matter, is you continued calling everyone idiots when you clearly just had no idea what you were talking about.
A problem that has clearly persisted for many people for many hours AFTER maintenance, as many expressed to you before.
Fact of the matter - you are the one who is CLEARLY the idiot.
You are still an idiot. How are you going to complain they game doesn’t work before the maintenance is over? Should at least wait until it is supposed to work.
If it works for some people and not for others, than it isn’t working. If it is literally crashing our computers to try and load in, it isn’t working.
AGS doesn’t know it is a problem for some people if many people are able to get into the client and start while others can’t. So there is absolutely no reason not to notify them of this unless you just want it to take even longer to be able to even get into the game after the servers have been up.
Seriously, the logic isn’t hard to follow.
Calling people idiots for making this known because YOU don’t have an issue just makes you a complete idiot. In the future, if someone is experiencing an issue and you have nothing productive to say, I suggest just shutting your mouth.
