- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I got the Decidedly Dexterous Gathering buff from playing music, but when I tried chopping trees, I did not gather faster

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Currently, I do not see the purpose of using the Decidedly Dexterous music buff

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Try getting the decidedly dexterous buff, then chop trees, there is no improvement in gathering speed, at least for my level 60 character

Hi guys and devs, I was thinking the Decidedly Dexterous Music Buff is not working as intended or properly currently. Please advise or clarify is it bugged?
