After the new Brimstone sand update, there are many abilities added into the combat, including many sources of debuffs, also with Bile bomb being tested in PTR, the combat gameplay feels so unbalanced right now.
There are way too many debuffs, a lot of offensive skills with the ability to 1 shot people without actually having a chance to react, which makes war super unpredictable, while having no other way than just spamming dodges and dont participate in clump fight or you’ll just die because of many debuffs.
AGS increased 30s cooldown on cleanse pots while adding multiple debuffs, making the clump fight feels unsurvivable. I suggest decrease the cooldown of cleanse potion to 15 or 20 seconds instead, that way you stand a chance of surviving this crazy burst/debuffs meta.
or you know, let life staffs have better ways of cleansing, like in other MMOs. Pushing it to a potion is really really sloppy design.
I’m still surprised they haven’t normalised instanced pvp and with pvp only consumables.
they’ve already added that, with clap and LE removes debuffs, just not enough. I personally like the cleanse pot mechanic, makes people more aware of their consumable usage, which is another skill gap if you are not trained into that sort of muscle memory
