Im pretty sure Defy Death isnt resetting the CD in arenas or it isnt all the time.
anyone else notice this or have that issue ?
It diesnt reset every round. You still have the cooldown debuff. So if it triggers R1 you prob wont have it R2 depending on when it triggers/you die unless you kite long enough for it to come back.
I dont mind it
