Please, just delete this quest from the faction representatives. If you won’t do that, then make the rewards as good as any other quest. Currently it rewards only 2372 faction tokens, which is about half of what a normal level ~55 quest does and only about one third what a level 60 expedition quest does. The difference is multiplied by the daily bonus.
This faction quest haunts every faction representative, adding frustrastion to the already frustrating process of getting worthwhile (expedition) faction quests.

If I don’t have this quest, it is always there, taking up a slot from available quests that could have rolled one I actually want.

If I do have this quest, again it is always there in every faction representative, stealing a slot from a quest I might actually want to do. This is actually the only state where I can freely get rid of it, because if I drop it when the timer is up something else will take its place this time. The next time the quests reset or if I go to a different representative, of course it’s there again.

If I have completed this quest, I have basically no choices but to turn it in (and waste my daily bonus) unless I can arrange to complete three other faction quests first.
