I have a level 19 character on Jiuquan with a bunch of stuff in storage and everything, I was wondering if I could get her restored 
All I can say is ask AGS Support if they can recover it, They might be able to do it but i wouldn’t count on it.
I’m sorry that it happened to you but I hope you’ll get your character back, but if you cant and you’re able to play on EU Central then come to Serpens and I’ll help you get back to lvl 19. send me a pm here if you’re intressted in that.
