So i quit for a year, servers merged, I came back and had to pick a world for my character, and my company was gone. Is there a way to get the gold back from my company? It was a guild my bank-toon had, with over 2m in it because of that stupid 500k cap. Any one else have a similar experience and get help?

You should post this in game support, I’m fairly sure that support does revive companies lost in this way as long as you have the companies exact name and stuff, but I could be wrong.
Was there anyone else in the company?..

All the same. I didn’t play for 6 months, and when back found that character was kicked from the Abaton server and my Company with the only one member me - founder with the money in company-bank (almost 500 000) was deleted. Live chat support said they can’t help, said “we deleted your Company with the old server and logs deleted too” “this is expected” “this how the things work” “About the issue related to the lost guild or company on New World. unfortunately this does not qualify for a restoration or similar. Unless you have proofs about this with video or pictures.”
I think it is not for me to provide proof, but for AGS to prove that I did not have a Company and that there was no money in it. Because it is them, not me, who kicked the character from the Abaton server and deleted the Company along with the money. It’s not just coins - it’s our time.
AGS have devalued our efforts, make a lot we do in the game worthless. I want an official response from Amazon, what do you think about it, is it normal to take gold from your players? Not account hackers, not scammers, but AGS itself made the gold disappear from the customers accounts.
If AGS think this is normal, just write to all about it, so people know that there is no sense to use daily cooldowns’s to craft, to sell items, to make quests for gold, etc, etc - because any time AGS can come and delete all your coins.
If AGS think this is not ok, or it’s a bug then I expect at least an apology from AGS, and at most compensation.
… ags even ban’s people, and they gotta prove that they didn’t cheat etc…
This is so wierd, first thing they spent $millions to create game to invite us to play, to sell the game, and then do so much to make us, customers, despise them, to have negative emotions from AGS injustice, although the meaning of the game is to bring joy to people… Looks like it’s one of the reason why world online sometimes < 10k players. Not bugs, not fps, but the AGS’s attitude to its customers.
