Delisted items from trading post but did not return to inventory/storage

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Delisted almost 90k ironwoods from the trading post but didin’t return to inventory or storage. In My Orders → Completed and Expired shows ironwoods have been delisted.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: not potentilly able to sell the ironwoods at higher price
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no

This seems to be a weird bug, and I’ve let the dev team know about this.
However, I recommend you to reach out to our Support Team for further checking of your lost items since that’s a lot of Ironwoods.

I’m having the same issue. I guess its related to maximum number of items stored. I tested it and the game only return items to 500 item limite. Before the patch you had all the items “hidden” and when you take some items from storage then the hidden items appear. Now it doesnt happen.

Hi guys, had the same problem but with Buy Orders.
I made a lot of buying order yesterday (6th of June 2022) to prepare for Double Exp - professions. However, it turned out that i spent neanr 30k in buying orders and received onlyt about 4k of item worth.

How can i solve the issue? Items DID NOT appear when i subtractred from the 500 limit in WW the extra items meaning all that i bought was completly vanished.
I want an explanation and my money or materials refunded in some way…
