I Pre Ordered the Deluxe Edition of the game. Upon logging in, the only thing I have is the Woodsman Skin.
I have Woodsman armor skin.
I have Woodsman hatchet skin.
I do not have Mastiff house pet (you’ll get it once you hit Level 20).
I do not have Rock/Paper/Scissors emote set.
I do not have New World digital art book.
I do not have Isabella’s amulet.
I do not have Unique title.
I do not have Emote.
I do not have Guild crest set.
Also, before I get the generic response, yes I know how to access titles in Bio, no it’s not there, no the amulet was not auto applied and my slot is empty.
This is frustrating, and it would be great for your players if you added a support chat or in game support system that worked. People come here and wait up to a month for a reply.
I’m really sorry for the items you are missing when you purchased the deluxe pack.
Can you please try to close the game and verify the game integrity to confirm if there is any file corrupted to repair it and when is finished enter to the game to confirm if you still don’t have the rest of the articles of the Deluxe Edition?
