Hello everyone, hope you’re having an awesome week. So yesterday I spent most of my time going up the ladder of the depths with a PUG. The first thing that I noticed is the timer, its really short. 30 minutes doesnt give you any time to breath. Just hoping or thinking that it would be nice to raise it to 35. That would be perfect.
Anyways, that’s my opinion as usual. Hope everyone can do it in less than 30 mins! I surely cant haha!
Agree. Most of the m10 Gold runs are being made by skipping time completely and running through chests (grab them at the end). If everyone isn’t on the same page (tank knows what and where to pull, healer knows where to place the first sacred for tank, 3xgravity wells to keep in place all enemies) it becomes almost impossible to beat with time still under 30m.
A bump to 35m should be needed and it shouldn’t break that much the expedition itself.
If mutation is like this particular week (11th of August 2022), you must skip time since you need to run at least medium armor on everybody (maybe even healer) just to survive the insane damage you take at the clerich encounter (first boss). Hence lowering the damage by a ton.

yes, this timer needs to be increased, 30 minutes is ridiculous. Who came up with that time? They clearly haven’t done it with that stupid aoe fire mutator that pops up when you dodge. It should be 40 minutes.
Personally I like the aggressive timer. It’s the only mutation that challenges the DPS speed in this game. DPS has to be on their A game to beat the timer and hit number of mobs required without skipping parts.
Yes and decrease Genesis to 25 minutes
I disagree about being on their a game, more like being forced to have bis pve weapons just to be under the time. I do like the pressure, but its unwarranted when most teams dont have bis items
I only have trash 1 perk ward gear and use my PvP weapons. Its more about the grouping and strategy of the pulls to increase team dps rather than the actual gear.

Thats not a bad idea. Buff the rewards, but keep it harder.
I just like how thats the only expedition in the game thats challenged my squad. Once you get the strategy down the timer isn’t that bad.

The timer in Depth’s should be increased in line with Tempest
This is insane to make gold on this dungeon. I am trying to unlock m10 second week in row, even if I get team that doesn’t die on priest and we have clear run without deaths + 120+ mobs I still get fucking silver. I probably need to find some really bis players to fucking unlock this shit within 30 min.
30mins enough for 625gs with brain
bs this is clearly harder then other dungeons, you need really good players and can’t make it with averages even well geared.
Golded it this week, you should really try getting a friend group together and experiment at m8-9 to see what works best. This isnt gonna be some free achievement, you really gotta think and come up with a game plan (all party members need to be flexible and discuss ideas, sometimes critiquing players goes the wrong way, but you need to establish this before hand). I believe in you!
