  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: US East / Valhalla

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Unable to progress main story. I am on Destiny Unearthed. I have 2 Heartgems in my inventory and the quests step says to talk to Yonas Alazar, however, there is no pin for Yonas, nor can i find him

To report a non-exploit bug, you can do so either on our forums using our bug reporting template (Bug Reports - New World Forums ) or through the in-game feedback button in the in-game menu.

don’t link me a exploit report when it’s not an exploit, it’s a bug…

New wrinkle to the issue…i found Yonas Alazar but the quest is still bugged, he is asking for a heartgem still but i have 2 in my inventory. PLEASE HELP

I also ran Amrine expedition again but there was no heartgem at the end of the instance.

bump…is this seriously our primary support channel? has anything actually been resolved by using the forums? I mean i’ve detailed my situation pretty clearly here…

Not sure if this helps, but I believe Yonas should be standing next to the Fast Travel Shrine behind Amrine, between the Shrine and Amrine Temple. Don’t think he has the quest marker until you get close to him.

i actually found him in revamped everfall zone at Fishermans Hovel right next to Hermit’s Shrine fast travel. Unfortunately in my third post i included the screen his quest marker will not activate to green when i approach him. Thanks though for the effort @IanSanity

Bump, it’d be nice if i could get a community manager orange texted reply… 1 week no response from the team…
