I think it would be better if you create a topic for each server and ask ppl to upload pictures of texture, bug, and map location. With Windows+Shift+S, it makes it easier. So you can find it and fix it faster. 40k players are 80k eyes who can help making it better

Did you actually try it based on those instructions, or just say it’s a bug? Most people don’t realize they need to do something to start it. He doesn’t just spawn, it’s part of an event.
I know there are other bug reports for this quest because I track them, just offering what I found to be the solution myself and for others. It may not work for everyone but if you are stuck it’s worth a shot.
